Try before you pay
A substantial part of EPiC Circle is free and stays free — interactive tools, calculators, 3D models and a set of complete lessons, all usable without an account and without a card. We would rather you decided from the real thing than from a refund policy. Please use the free material before you pay for anything.
Cancelling a membership
You can cancel at any time, from the Membership screen in the app or by emailing TBD — support email.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut you off on the day you cancel.
Refunds
Within 7 days of a new membership payment: full refund, no questions asked. Write to TBD — support email from the email address on the account.
After 7 days: the period you are in is not refundable, because the material is available in full immediately. Cancel and you will not be charged again.
If we are at fault — you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, charged the wrong amount, or the service was unavailable for a prolonged period — we refund in full, whenever you tell us. This is not limited to 7 days, and it is not at our discretion.
If we discontinue the service or remove material you specifically paid for, we refund the unused portion.
What is not refunded: we do not refund a renewal you forgot to cancel more than 7 days after it was taken, and we do not refund an account closed for a breach of the acceptable-use rules in the Terms of Use.
How a refund is paid, and how long it takes
Refunds go back by the same method you paid with — we cannot send a refund to a different account.
- We acknowledge a refund request within 2 working days.
- Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days.
- Your bank or UPI provider then takes its own time, typically 5 to 10 working days, to show it. That part is outside our control.
If a refund has not reached you 15 working days after we told you it was initiated, email TBD — support email and we will chase it with the reference number.
A note on how payment works today
Payment is currently taken by UPI, and activation involves a manual check at our end. In practice that means your membership opens shortly after payment rather than instantly, and we would rather tell you that than let you discover it. If your payment has gone out and your account has not opened within 24 hours, email TBD — support email with the UPI reference — that is a fault on our side and we will fix it or refund it.
Disputes
Talk to us first — TBD — support email, or the Grievance Officer below for anything unresolved. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or your right to raise a chargeback with your bank.
