PSA 10.2 — The Stress Critical Line List, the Work Process, and the Discipline Interfaces
A reactor outlet header runs at 320 °C. A 2″ branch leaves it, turns, and runs 1.5 m to a nozzle on a small knock-out pot bolted to the same structure. The project's stress criteria say formal analysis for NPS 3 and above at 200 °C and above. The branch is 2″. It never appears on the critical line list, no model is ever built, and the support drawing shows one clamp.
