A 12″ liquid line, vessel to pump, 58 m of modelled pipe. The report lands on your desk with the usual green summary: sustained 22 % of allowable, expansion 40 %, occasional 31 %, all restraint loads issued, no exceptions. Eleven pages of code-stress table, every row under 1.00.
You have twenty minutes and no licence for the software the analyst used. You cannot re-run the model. You cannot even open it.
